Spa Policies

We confirm every appointment 24 hours in advance. For Facial and Massage appointments client has to arrive 10 min early to their scheduled time to fill the forms. A credit card is required to reserve two or more services, or for more than one person of the same party. Additionally, all new clients will be required to secure appointment(s) with a major credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Late Arrival Policy:
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. We could consider adding additional time you lost in your next booking, if you mention.

No Shows & Cancellations:
We reserve the right to charge your credit card if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than the notice required by this Cancellation Policy -30% of the service will be charged for cancellations. Any cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Surprise Parties:
We want you to aware that when you want to surprise your Loved one's with the Spa treatments on the special occasion. Make sure they are able to get those services for Example if you book Scalp Massage they might say they just got their hair done. Guest refuses to get the service. Even Facial or Massage. We do block the room and Therapist time in this case we charge full session of the appointment booked. If possible in case of opening if they change to other service it could be exceptional.

Threading Policies:
All Threading appointments must be cancelled at least 2-Hours in advance if you cannot make it. No show will be marked as "no show". For three "no shows" you are required to pre pay the service to book a future appointment.

Treatment time:
All massage and facials sessions vary from 60 to 90 minutes in length. Each session includes a 5-minute pre-consultation and 5-minutes to re-dress. (SERVICES ARE 50 AND 80 MINS HANDS ON)

Spa Specials:
Check our home page for specials. Not all the Employees participate in the Specials. Please be advised to inquire before you make appointments. Existing Gift Cards cannot be used for Specials. Restrictions are applied when purchasing Gift Cards on Specials, check at the front desk.
